I began playing Ark when it was in Early Access on Steam before The Island map was even complete. I quickly fell in love with the idea of the game and wanted to find like-minded individuals for my friends and I to play with. Most of the time we rented our own servers, but could never really get it populated. We’d stop playing for awhile, but come back with each new map, rinse and repeat. Here we were in 2019. Something made us want to start playing again. I’m usually the one tasked with finding a server. I thought I had found it. But after less than 2 hours the idiot server host was staring at me from our open front door of our base whilst I was standing there AFK. He then accused me of “mass-crafting” and blamed that as to why the server was “laggy”. A short while after reassuring him that I was not “mass-crafting” we were promptly booted and banned from their Discord and game server. Sigh But I am glad that that happened. If it hadn’t I would have never found the FTW server! The FTW family has been nothing, but welcoming since day 1 and I am now a part of this wonderful family. I have no intention or desire to leave the FTW family and I only wish I’d found it sooner. Thank you, Soldiercide, thank you FTW Family! :blue_heart::blue_heart::blue_heart:
