- Tickets will be answered in the order we receive them.
- critical issues, listed below, will supercede this requirement
- Tickets will be assigned to and handled by the team responsible for the server
- if the issues spans multiple servers, the team responsible for the first leg will have the ticket assigned to them and then pass it off to the next team
- issues that prevent play are considered high-priority and will be handled by the first available admin regardless of team
- Ticket channels should not be used for cross-talk
- Once the ticket is resolved, all actions must be logged in your team’s log channel
- use the ?atl command on discord
High-Priority Issues
- Lost character, dino, or items
- Removed from tribe
- Griefing or theft
- Player or dino is stuck
Critical tickets are to be moved to the #high-priority tickets channel and should be handled by the first available admin, regardless of what team they are on.
