Insiding is to be considered any instance where a player leaves a tribe and takes resources, items, or dinos that do not belong to that player; or, engages in destructive action with obvious intent to harm that tribe. This, like with Tribe Dissolutions, will not always be an easy resolution.
First Step
The tribe making the complaint must provide a complete list of all items, resources, and creatures they know were taken.
Determining Creature Ownership
Inspect all creatures taken by the player(s) to see who raised/tamed them. If the creature was raised or tamed by someone in the tribe the player(s) left, claim the creature and return it to the original tribe.
Determining Item Ownership
Inspect any gear claimed to have been taken for the crafter of that gear. Any gear that you can identify as being crafted by the original tribe will be returned to them.
Resources
Like with Tribe Dissolutions, any resources take should be split equitably. If 500 metal ingots were taken, return 250 metal ingots to the original tribe.
Destructive Exits
Any time members of a tribe intentionally destroy resources, items, or creatures on their way out, and in a manner that was obviously meant to harm the original tribe; you will confiscate all items, resources, and creatures in possession of those players without regard for listed ownership. All confiscated items will be given to the original tribe.
Intratribe Griefing
Any time a member of a tribe destroys structures, items, or creatures in a deliberate effort to harm that tribe, that player will be banned in accordance with the regulations for griefing.
